¹ The kingdom is not called Lāṭa in the copperplate but Lāṭeśvara-maṇḍala. An unpublished Baroda grant has śāstā pratāpaśayataḥ pṛthivyāṃ sarvvasya lāṭeśvarasya. The ruler famous by glory, of the whole kingdom of the king of Lāṭa. Other published grants, record Govinda's gift of Gujarāt to Indra as varadattarājyabhāraḥ. Of him (Indra) to whom the kingdom of the lord of Lāṭa had been given by him (Govinda). Ind. Ant. XII. 162.
