The alphabet of the inscriptions in the Nānāghāṭ cave seems almost to belong to the same epoch as that of the Khāravela inscription; and all the authors have admitted the possibility of identifying Sātakarṇi of Nānāghāṭ with the one mentioned in the Khāravela inscription.
