(5) A stone inscription at Aihoḷe in the Bijâpur District,⁴ which again, expressly refers itself to the reign of Kṛishṇa II., and records the building or opening of an ascetic's abode. This record is simply dated in the Prajâpati saṁvatsara, Śaka-Saṁvat 831, by mistake for 833 (expired) or 834 (current) (A. D. 911-912), without any further details.⁵
