(7) An inscription on a rock at the top of the Bavâji hill near Vellore in the North Arcot District, Madras Presidency,⁷ which records that, in the twenty-sixth year of his reign, a member of the Pallava race named Tribhuvanadhîra-Nuḷamba, with the *biruda* of Pallava-Murâri, granted the village of Vêlûrppâḍi to a temple of Śiva under the name of Pannappêśvara.
