Yuvarâja at Banavâsi, in charge of the Banavâsi twelve-thousand, the Sântalige thousand, the Belvola three-hundred, the Puligere three-hundred, and the Bâsavalli thousand. Then, however, he rebelled; and the authority entrusted to him was taken away.¹ His name does not appear in subsequent records. And he probably died before Vikramâditya VI. At any rate, he did not succeed to the throne.
