79. *Ep. Col.*, No. 89 of 1921. Tamil. This inscription dated in Dantivikramavarman’s reign is engraved on a slab in the shrine of Tirumēṟṟali in Pillaipāḷayam. It mentions a certain Muttaraiyan who had petitioned for certain charities to the temple of Tirumēṟṟali and a certain maṭha attached. The portion recording the regnal year in which the record was inscribed is damaged.
