151. *Ep. Col.*, No. 284 of 1916. Jouveau-Dubreuil, *Pall. Ant.*, vol. ii, pp. 65–6. This inscription engraved in *Pallava-Grantha* on a pillar in a rock-cut cave at Mēlachēri, Gingee Taluk, states that the Śiva temple called Śrī-Śikhari-Pallavēśvaram was excavated by King Chandrāditya at Simhapura.
