v1.c18.151

Shunkrajee Narrain Suchew did not remain inactive; as soon as the Moghul troops withdrew from that part of the country, of which he was the chief manager, he retook Singurh, Rajgurh, Rohira, and some other places. The Moghul garrisons were composed of a large proportion of Carnatic infantry; and these men latterly could not be brought to stand the onset of the Mawulees.
