It seems, indeed, beyond doubt that Tirumala is more or less responsible for this murder; but whether he committed it himself is not so clear. According to Frederick, "the sonne of this Temiragio had put to death the lawful King which he had in prison" ⁴. But Anquetil du Perron states that "His (Tirumala's) son murdered the son of the ancient King of Bisnagar, who had been imprisoned as well as his father" ⁵.
