² It is read as 'kh(a)' by Cunningham but I read it as 'Vi', as the hook turns upwards disclosing it to be an i-mark, and identify it with the series having Mahārāja V(.), as the reverse of both and their letterings are identical (Cunningham, Coins of Mediæval India, Plate II, Nos. 13 and 14).
