¹ MBh i, 183, 6914, 6918-19; &c.: xv, 23, 632. P. C. Roy’s translation of xiv, 64, 1903 makes Agniveśya his (Yudhiṣṭhira’s) priest, and says Agniveśya was another name of Dhaumya: but purohita and Agniveśya are distinct, and the rendering should be ‘his priest’ (i.e. Dhaumya) ‘and Agniveśya’.
