The inscription records the grant of the village of Candrapura in the Koṅkula-Khaṇḍa of the Goilla-Viṣaya, attached to this (Kodālaka ?)-*Maṇḍala*, to the Brahman Vāvana, who came from Kolañca. It was incised by the *Vaṇik* Iśvara.¹
