Rāmabhadrāmbā also tells us that Raghunātha Nāyaka heard the songs sung before him and witnessed the dances of the accomplished ladies of his court. Some of the *rāgas*, etc., that were sung before him were designed by Raghunātha himself, who was a master of the art of music. The chief *rāgas* that were sung were *jayamaṅgala*, *simhalalila*, *jayanissāru* (?) and *kachachcharitra* (?) Some of the *tāḷas* to which they were played were *ratilila*, *turaṅgalila*, *raṅgābharaṇa* and *anaṅgaparikramaṇa*, *abhinandana*, *nandanandana* and *abhimālā*. Among the dances that were exhibited before him there was one called *raghunāthavilāsa* named after himself.¹
