According to a record dated A. D. 1305 Chakravarti Daṇṇāyaka, son of Perumāḷe Dēva Daṇṇāyaka, granted certain specified lands in Śivapura situated in Gaṅga-Nārāyaṇa-Chaturvēdi-maṅgaḷam, to some persons (named). The same inscription tells us that he had received a village (?) as a sarva-mānya from the inhabitants of the Iḷaippākka-nāḍu.⁴
