Enjoyment of the whole, or the eight products of an estate: *siddhi* or the land cultivated; *sādhya* or the produce of such land; *pāṣaṇa* or uncultivated or rocky land and its produce *e.g.*, minerals etc.; *nikṣēpa* or property deposited on the land; *nidhi* or treasure-trove; *jalāmṛita* or waters and their produce; *akṣiṇi* or actual privileges; *āgāmi* or prospective rights and privileges.
