Aurangzib's youngest son, Muhammad Kam Bakhsh (born on 24th February, 1667), did not play any part in the history of India till after the fall of the Deccani kingdoms, and therefore he stands outside the scope of this volume. But he, too, had to be kept in confinement for some time (December, 1698 to June, 1699) for his misconduct. [I have treated his life in the *Modern Review*, Jan. 1924.]
