Bālājī Rāo visited Jai Singh near Dholpur on 12th May, the latter returned the visit on the 15th, and the Peshwā started on his return home on the 20th. Early in July the arrival of the above *farmān* confirmed the peace.* (S. P. D., xxi. 2.)
