The operative part of the text is ‘காணி உடையார் யாண்டு 16 வது முதல் 23 ஆவது வரையில் ஈராண்டு நிரம்பி மூவாண்டு தந்தகாணியான நிலங்களுக்கு அவ்வவ் ஊர்களிலாரொடும் ஊரிடு வரிப்பாடு இறை இருது போனார் காணி உடையாரைத் தவிர ஊர் சிலமாய் அவ்வவ் ஊர்களிலா ரெவிற்றுக்கொள்ளப் பெறுவார்களாகவும்.’
