¹ The text is ‘மகிழ்ந்தினிதேறித் தினகரோதயமெனச் செழுங்கதிர் சொரியும் கனகமாமுடி’ and I am not able to see in this the proper name for the crown, Nagarōdaya, as is done by Dr. S. K. Aiyangar. Earlier we have உதயவெற்பனைத் திருவனர்குலமணிச்சிங்காசன மிசை.
