¹⁰⁸ Kumārānkuśa, as we have seen, figures as the *vijñapti* in the Vēlūrpāḷaiyam plates of Nandivarman III. It is extremely doubtful, however, if he and Vijayālaya belonged to one and the same branch of the Cōḷas. See *ante* p. 104.
