¹ No instance except this coin is given in the articles on the Dioscuri in PW and Roscher, and no instance at all in the great collection in Chapouthier op. cit., though association with beds, tables, and altars is known. Mr Mattingly, who with Mr Robinson specially studied the Dioscuri for their work above mentioned, tells me that they found no other case except this coin.
