² Theodorus the meridarch, *CII* no. 1; see F. W. Thomas, *Festschrift Ernst Windisch* 1914 p. 362, and Chap. ix p. 388. The name has recently been read as Theüdata = Theodotus (C. C. Dāsa Gupta, *JRAS* 1933 p. 403); Thomas however (ib. p. 405) says that Theodorus still seems to him certain.
