⁵ This could almost have been deduced from a hoard found in 1877 in a village in Bundelkhund south of the Jumna (V. A. Smith, *Ind. Ant.* XXXIII, 1904, p. 217) which contained 34 coins of Apollodotus (Soter), 40 of Menander, and 21 of Antimachus II, together with 3 of Eucratides.
