¹ This fortress, erected by Rao Kailan, is stated to be twenty-two coss, about forty miles, from Bahawalpur; but though the direction is not stated, there is little doubt of its being to the northward, most probably in that duab called Sind-Sagar. [Probably Kahror in Multān District, about 20 miles from Bahāwalpur.]
