Kailān.—The new Kailān plate of Śrīdharana Rāta of Samataṭa mentions this village which is under the Cāndinā police station of the Sadar sub-division of the Tippera district, East Bengal, and about 10 miles south of Cāndinā (I.H.Q., XXII and XXIII).
