² Haas (Pref. to ed. *Daśarūpaka* xxxiv) is inaccurate in stating that there are in the commentary “a number of indications of a difference of authorship,” and in support of this he cites i. 20b-21a, iii 32b, iv 43c. Jacobi elaborately shows *GgA*, 1913, pp. 304f) that Haas has entirely misunderstood these passages.
