¹¹ Rājaśekhara attributes a dictum to Udbhaṭa which says that the sense may be *vicārita-sustha* or *avicārita-ramaṇīya*, according as it is found in the *śāstra* or the *kāvya* respectively. See above p. 75, fn 29.
