*P. 273.* Dharānanda, author of *Sudhā* commentary, also wrote commentaries on the *Anargha-rāghava* (Madras Cat. xxi, Kāvya, no. 12444, p. 8355) and *Mṛcchakaṭika* (composed in 1814 A. D., *ibid*, no. 12625, p. 8475). In the last-named commentary, he gives his genealogy and an account of himself, from which we learn that he was the son of Rāmabala of Bharatapura and grandson of Ṭhākura of Vasiṣṭha-gotra, and a worshipper of Hanumat and disciple of Paramānanda.
