4 (i) This is borne out by the following sūtra occurring in *Nandi*: “सुयनाणपरोक्खं चोद्दसविहं पणत्तं, तं जहा-अक्खरसुयं १ अणक्खरसुयं २ सण्णिसुयं ३ असण्णिसुयं ४ सम्मसुयं ५ मिच्छसुयं ६ साइअं ७ अणाइअं ८ सपज्जवसितं ९ अपज्जवसितं १० गमियं ११ अगमियं १२ अंगपविट्ठं १३ अणंगपविट्ठं १४।” (सू. १८)
(ii) Devendra Sūri in his *Kammavivāga* (v. 6) has mentioned these very 14 varieties, but in the following verse, he has referred to 20 varieties:
