In *Kammavivāga* (v. 7) we find twenty varieties of *suya-ṇāṇa* referred to. Out of them *Pāhuḍapāhuḍa*, *Pāhuḍa* and *Vatthu* and each with the word ‘samāsa’ added it deserve to be here noted. Devendra Sūri in his com. (p. 19) on *Kammavivāga* (v. 7) explains them as under:—
