form some idea of the last, the Kûrmalakshaṇam, from some chapters of Varâhamihira’s Bṛihatsaṃhitâ, where we find both a Kûrmavibhâgaḥ and a Kûrmalakshaṇam, the last being there followed by a chapter, called by the same name as the second Pariśishṭa, Chhâgalakshaṇam.
