⁴ Umāpati or Umāpatidhara wrote one Candracūḍacarita, that is no more available. Numerous verses composed by him are found in anthologies; see Aufrecht, ZDMG, 40. 1886, 142f. Probably he is also the author of a poetical inscription of Vijayasena, the grand’father of Lakṣmaṇasena; see Kielhorn, Ep. Ind. 1, 305ff.
