Kummurgah (Kamrgāh). I find this word used for the second line of defence at Asīrgarh in the Dakhin (Blacker, “War”, 420). This is a metaphorical use of *kamrgāh*, the place where the belt is placed, the waist (Steingass, 1049). As Lake explains, 156, “it has been aptly styled *kum-murgah* (or the belt)”.
