¹¹² चातुर्वर्ण्यव्यवस्थानं यस्मिन्देशे न विद्यते । स म्लेच्छदेशो विज्ञेय आर्यावर्तस्ततः परः ॥ It is to be noted that Yāj. (I. 2) lays down *dharmas* for the country in which the black deer moves about, following Baud. I. I. 28 and Vas. 1. 13.
