v1.c6.s22.25

A Vṛddha-Parāśara is quoted by Aparārka (on Yāj. II. 318) immediately after Parāśara and as holding a different view. Mādhava also quotes a Vṛddha-Parāśara (Parāśara-Mādhavīya vol. I, part 1, p. 230). This seems to be a different work from the Parāśara-smṛti and the Bṛhat-Parāśara. Hemādri (Carturvarga. vol. III, part 2, p. 48) and Bhaṭṭoji in his gloss on Caturviṁśatimata (p. 138) quote a Jyotiḥ-Parāśara.
