( 8 ) Viś. restricts the word ' duhitaraḥ 'in ' patnī duhitaraścaiva ' ( Yāj. II. 138 ) to *putrikā* only and so does not allow all daughters whatever to succeed, while Mit. does not introduce any such qualification.
