¹⁰⁸ The printed Vas. reads ‘वेधसो वा राजा श्रेयान् गृध्रपरिवारं स्यात् । गृध्रपरिवारं वा राजा श्रेयान् । गृध्रपरिवारं स्यान्न गृध्रो गृध्रपरिवारं स्यात्’. This hardly makes any sense. The कृत्यकल्पतरु presents a good reading (from शङ्खलिखित) ‘न गृध्रपरिवारः स्यात् । कामं गृध्रो राजा श्रेयान् हंसपरिवारः । परिवाराद्धि दोषाः प्रादुर्भवान्त । तेऽलं विनाशाय ।'.
