**आचारोल्लास** first part of the परशुरामप्रकाश by खण्डेराय, son of नारायणपण्डित धर्माधिकारिन् at Benares at the bidding of परशुराममिश्र, who was a शाकद्वीपीयब्राह्मण and son of होलिल (र) मिश्र, who was given the title वाणीरसालराय by the Emperor.
