³⁰³ व्रतच्छिद्रं तपश्छिद्रं यच्छिद्रं यज्ञकर्मणि । सर्वं भवति निश्छिद्रं ब्राह्मणैरुपपादितम् ॥ ब्राह्मणा यानि भाषन्ते भाषन्ते तानि देवताः । सर्वदेवमया विप्रा न तद्वचनमन्यथा । पराशर VI. 52-53. शातातप (I. 30-31) has the same two verses with slight variations.
