³¹⁶ ब्राह्मणस्य पुनः 'न शारीरो ब्राह्मणे दण्डः' इति निषेधाद्वधस्थाने शिरोमुण्डनादिकं कर्तव्यम्। ब्राह्मणस्य वधो मौण्ड्यं पुरान्निर्वासनाङ्कने। ललाटे चाभिशस्ताङ्कः प्रयाणं गर्दभेन तु॥' इति मनुस्मरणात्। मिता० on या II. 302; the latter half is नारद (साहस 10), the first half being शिरसो मुण्डनं दण्डस्तस्य निर्वासनं पुरात्।
