⁴⁰² दिवाकीर्तिमुदक्यां च पतितं सूतिकां तथा। शवतत्स्पृष्टिनं चैव स्पृष्ट्वा स्नानेन शुध्यति॥ मनु V. 85 on which मेधा० says दिवाकीर्तिश्चाण्डालः...... न नापितस्तस्य स्पृश्यत्वाद्वोज्यान्नत्वाच्च ।।
