¹⁴⁵¹ इमा नारीरविधवाः सुपत्नीरित्याञ्जाना ईक्षेत । आश्व. गृ. IV. 6. 12; उत्तरत पत्नीम् । धनुश्च क्षत्रियाय । तामुत्थापयेद्देवरः पतिस्थानीयोऽन्तेवासी जरद्दासो वोदीर्ध्वं नार्यभि जीवलोकमिति । आश्व. गृ. IV. 2. 16.-18 These sūtras are referred to by अपरार्क p. 112. The com. on Tai. Ār. holds that the latter half calls upon the wife of the deceased to remarry.
