²⁴¹⁹ Āp. III. 10. 9 says that the wife goes out saying 'May I be endowed with prosperity, cattle, progeny, domestic happiness'. The com. on Sat. II. 5. p. 229 explains the words यथार्थं गच्छति as ब्राह्मणे योऽर्थो वाक्यज्ञ उक्तस्तं प्राप्नोतीत्यर्थः and quotes Āp. III. 10. 9.
