¹⁵⁰ कार्याकार्यप्रविज्ञाता स्मृतः प्रतिनिधिस्तु सः । सर्वदर्शी प्रधानस्तु सेनाचित्सचिवस्तथा ॥ मन्त्री तु नीतिकुशलः पण्डितो धर्मतत्त्ववित् । लोकशास्त्रनयज्ञस्तु प्राड्विवाकः स्मृतः सदा ॥ देशकालप्रविज्ञाता ह्यमात्य इति कथ्यते । आयव्ययप्रविज्ञाता सुमन्त्रः स च कीर्तितः ॥ शुक्रनीति II. 84-86.
