175a राज्याङ्गानां च सर्वेषां राष्ट्राद्भवति सम्भवः । तस्मात्सर्वप्रयत्नेन राजा राष्ट्रं समुन्नयेत् ॥ काम. VI. 3. The राज. र. p. 86 ascribes this to शुक्र (and reads the last word as प्रसाधयेत्).
