²⁰⁵ विनियोगारमरक्षासु भरणे च स ईश्वरः । परिक्षीणे पतिकुले निर्मनुष्ये निराश्रये । तत्सपिण्डेषु वाऽसत्सु पितृपक्षः प्रभुः स्त्रियाः । पक्षद्वयावसाने तु राजा भर्ता प्रभुः स्त्रियाः ॥ quoted by मेधा० on मनु V. III. 28. The first three half-verses are नारद (दायभाग 28-29), the printed text of which does not contain the half verse पक्ष० &c.
