³⁶¹ संख्यावैषम्ये तु भूयोलपविरोधे भूयसां स्यात्सधर्मत्वमिति न्यायेन विप्रतिपत्तावधिकसंख्यावचनमादरणीयं गुणसाम्ये। व्य. प्र. p. 27. जैमिनि's sūtra (XII. 2. 22) is विप्रतिषिद्धधर्माणां समवाये भूयसां स्यात्सधर्मत्वम् ।
