¹⁰³³ तस्मात् पैतृके पैतामहे च द्रव्ये जन्मनैव स्वत्वम् , तथापि पितुरावश्यकेषु धर्मकृत्येषु वाचनिकेषु प्रसाददानकुटुम्बभरणापद्विमोक्षादिषु च स्थावरव्यतिरिक्तिद्रव्य विनियोगे स्वात-न्त्र्यमिति स्थितम् । स्थावरे तु स्वार्जिते पित्रादिप्राप्ते च पुत्रादिपारतन्त्र्यमेव । ... अस्यापवादः । एकोपि स्थावरे कुर्याद्दानाधमनविक्रयम् । आपत्काले कुटुम्बार्थे धर्मार्थे च विशेषतः ॥ इति । मिता. on या.
