431a In *Lalubhai v. Bai Amrit* I. L. R. 2 Bom. 299 at p. 312 there is a reference to Kāt. 226 द्वारमार्गक्रियाभोगे जलवाहादिके तथा। भुक्तिरेव तु गुर्वी स्यान्न दिव्यं न च साक्षिणः॥. There is a similar verse of Kāt. 314 (q. in स्मृतिच० II. p. 67) ‘रथ्यानिर्गममद्द्वारजलवाहादिसंशये। भुक्तिरेव तु गुर्वी स्यान्नप्रमाणेष्विति निश्चयः॥.’
