⁵²⁹ निर्षिक्तेव्यवहारेतु प्रमाणमफलं भवेत् । लिखितं साक्षिणो वापि पूर्वमावेदितं न चेत् ॥ नारद I. 62. निर्षिक्त does not mean निर्णीत, but शोधित (as व्य. प्र. p. 8 says) lit. washed out, cleansed (carried far). For detailed explanation of this verse vide my notes to व्य. म. pp. 78-80. The Madanaratna introduces Nār. I. 62 with the words. 'अयं च विपरीरसाक्ष्यपन्यासो व्यवहारसमाप्तेः प्राग्द्रष्टव्यः।'
